Pricing:

If you decide not to have your watch serviced you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will simply be calculated and added to total cost of the watch repair.

Water Proofing:

If your watch is water resistant and requires additional parts to pass a pressure test we will inform you of this before replacing them.
Additional parts required are available at an extra cost, and we will use only original Rolex parts providing they are available!
